Coronavirus and the government mandates have crippled the economy
and the forecast is bleak in the short term. In today's episode, we
discuss the continued layoffs by startups, the long term impact of
work from home implementation on demand for office space, as well
as the skyrocketing unemployment figures which just wiped out all
the job gains since the 2008-09 Great Recession. The picture is
bleak, but for South Florida, unemployment figures may point to a
silver lining for the Sunshine State.
